How do I send an invoice to a parent?

ActivityHero gives you the tools to handle payments directly. You can easily invoice parents for any fees that were not payed during the registration process.

To send an invoice:
 
1. Sign into your ActivityHero account
 
2. Click on your name in the top right and select 
 
3. Search for the name of the child to be refunded
 
4. Under the child’s name and information click
 
5. Click
 
6. Enter the amount and any description of the payment
 
7. Click
 
8. Parents can now pay using a saved credit card or a new credit card in addition to PayPal.
 
To delete an invoice:

1. Sign into your ActivityHero account
2. Click on your name in the top right and select 
3. Click 
4. Find the invoice you would like to delete
5. Click 
6. Click "ok" in the popup screen
 
To Re-send an invoice Email:

1. Sign into your ActivityHero account
2. Click on your name in the top right and select 
3. Click 
4. Find the invoice you would like to delete
5. Click 
6. Click "ok" in the popup screen
 
*It is now possible for you to issue refunds on invoices. If you should ever need to issue a refund on a payment made via invoice, the refund will go back to the credit card the customer used to pay the invoice.
