I can’t make any updates to our WePay account

Only the account owner has the ability to issue refunds, handle chargebacks, or change any account information.

Other team members may only view the account information and download reporting information. 

If you are having trouble saving information, try using Chrome browser.

WePay support is available from 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM EST, Monday - Friday through the contact form.

On the form, choose "I use the site to collect payments" in the "Tell us about yourself" question.
